Paula has a roster of buyers and sellers from the U.S., Italy, France, Germany, Brazil, Russia and has many international connections from her former career in Product Development for Major U.S .Department Stores.

She has an extensive background in Retail Sales and Product Development before real estate, and has multiple areas of expertise. She has excelled in her negotiating skills and in her international sales and business relationships and has traveled extensively throughout the world as she created Private Label Merchandise for Major Retail Stores in China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia, India, and Turkey.

Paula is a Southampton and Bridgehampton Village Specialist and has been a Broker Associate with Douglas Elliman, the 4th largest real estate company in the USA, since 1993. She began her real estate career in Manhattan and then moved to the Hamptons where she has reached the highest Award (Diamond) Status and has maintained a very high level of GCI (Gross Commission Income).

Her knowledge of the history of Southampton and East Hampton and the real estate market in the Hamptons in general puts her ahead of her counterparts at all levels of real estate for investment, new construction development and homeownership.

In addition to selling houses and renting homes for the Hamptons homeowners, she is an authority on renovation and re-design. Paula has a portfolio of houses that she has renovated over the last 18 years, renting and selling them at top dollar when the time came to sell.
